WILLIE WARTHEN
Lithonia, GA


Willie Warthen has been a CVO for over 35 years and has been with Brown’s Lithonia terminal for almost 30 of those years. Willie is a great guy who goes out of his way to take care of our customers - he always puts the customer first and understands what it takes to provide quality service. Willie is a great communicator and makes sure operations is always kept up to speed with customer issues and needs. In his spare time, Willie enjoys bike riding, spending time with his son in Alabama, and cooking out with his family. You can also catch him rooting for the Dallas Cowboys every Sunday.

JOHN CRABTREE
Raleigh, NC


Following in his father’s footsteps, John started driving straight out of high school by hauling milk. After other careers, he joined Brown via the West Brothers in 1999 as a Hannaford driver. John has always enjoyed trucking and following the changes the industry has offered. John has been married for 34 years and has one daughter. He also enjoys yard work, working in his shop, and watching old movies.

ROMEY FRIERSON
Lithonia, GA


Romey Frierson has been a CVO out of our Lithonia terminal for over 13 years, and, he has been a professional CVO for over 29 years. Romey is a skilled and professional driver who always puts safety first. He understands that safety is the most important part of being a professional CVO – it is important for Brown Trucking, for each of our customers, and for his family. Romey is a people person who loves to build and cultivate relationships with customers, office staff, and other CVOs.The youngest of three kids raised by a single mother, Romey is a firm believer in treating others how you want to be treated yourself. He enjoys fishing and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs, and on Sundays you can catch him pulling for the Cowboys and the Falcons (unless they’re playing against each other)! Romey is most proud of his relationship with his son and 10-year-old grandson. He is also a proud member of the Victory International Prophetic Ministry.

GARY GATTIS
Raleigh, NC


Gary started in driving school to learn the business with the ambition of starting his own trucking company. But Gary loved being a driver and decided to stay with it. He started with the IBM account in 2003 and eventually moved to John Deere as the switcher in Fuquay Varina. For recreation, Gary enjoys coaching softball and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
