Thomas Daily works for our trucking division, but has been a huge asset to our Charlotte warehousing team as well. He is consistent with sending CVOs, he works hard to communicate, and our loads are accurate and on time. We are glad that he is an asset to both divisions and present him with the I-Integrated Solutions award.
Shannon Sneid has been an invaluable part of the A/R team for BWL & BAL. She has had open professional communication between operations and customers, and her diligence has reduced our past due balance for 3 straight quarters. She has lead the charge in meeting this KPI for the team and has proved that her motivation is R– Results Matter.
Tim Pollard recently received a letter of praise from our customer, John Deere. He has handled 2 special projects recently with great results and they were so pleased with the quality of his work as well as his customer service that he has earned the V-Value Everyone award.
Jamie Travis recently hosted a visitor to help with Open Enrollment. He went above and beyond to provide a set schedule to make sure each of his employees had individual time to speak with the insurance representative and select appropriate benefits coverage. He was organized and professional and his efforts to maximize our insurance representative’s time, while also provide the most benefit to his team, has earned him the V– Value Everyone award.
