Position overview:

Operate MHE in consistent, safe, and reliable manner. Prompt work attendance with minimal unplanned absences. Coordinate activities of other hourly employees in manner which ensures compliance with productivity and safety goals. Deliver satisfactory service to customer and achieve required performance goals. Ability to read and comprehend the use of handheld device, RF Scanner, to pick order tickets, process orders by locating items in the warehouse, completing orders which require paperwork and lastly staging them in the shipping area.

Schedule: Overnight Shift 9:00PM - 5:30AM

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment safely and behave in compliance with company policy and Provisioning Center management expectations.
  • Satisfy employee productivity and inventory accuracy goals with respect to unloading and receipt of inventory, put-away of inbound material, Build List assembly and overall handling of customer’s materials.
  • Count, weigh, and otherwise determine the actual quantity of inventory being handled.

  • Provide timely and accurate communication to Provisioning Center management.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to standard.
  • Open and close facility in special cases authorized by site management.
  • Lead other hourly Provisioning Center employees.
  • Assist with training new associates.
  • Keep communication with other Vendors to ensure flight builds/supplies are being picked up in a timely manner.

Required skills:

Education

  • High school degree required or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • One to two years of relevant experience

Knowledge and Skills

  • One to two years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to tackle additional responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to deliver successful results given increased task complexity.
  • Pre-employment requirements, including background check and drug screen.

Environment and physical requirements

  • Must be able to stand on your feet eight (8) hours or more per day.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, crouch, and reach above shoulder level on regular basis.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on regular basis.
