HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will have a minimum of five years of applicable experience. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and will be involved with employee relations, compliance of labor & employment laws, recruitment & staffing, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits of the company. Job requires oversight of company policies and practices to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws. The HR Generalist will maintain awareness of business needs, objectives, compensation, and general HR trends while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of personnel files, documents, and manuals. Work collaboratively with other members of the Human Resources Department to accomplish Company’s goals and objectives. Cash Application Specialist -Lithonia GA

The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for all cash processing activities to include working with invoicing, accounts receivable tasks related to collections from customer. Responsibility includes maintaining accurate customer files to provide high levels of service and processing payments accurately.

  • Accounts Receivable: Receive batched checks daily. Apply payment to the proper invoice. Post new entries to the accounts receivable ledger in the accounting system and update customer files. Proof entries against daily cash report. Prepare deposit slips, including daily receipts and any miscellaneous cash. Make daily deposits with the bank and report daily/weekly receipts to the accounting system. Answer customer inquiries regarding statements or invoices.

  • Collections: Research past due invoices that appear on the aging report. Mail collection letters to customers when applicable and include copies of past due invoices. Follow up with phone call/second mailing if necessary. Process approved adjustments and write-offs according to policy.

  • Documentation/Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of correspondence and all actions. Print customer statements each month for mailing. Prepare monthly cash receipts journal, sales journal and accounts receivable aging report.

Data Engineer

Lithonia, GA

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expert-level SQL skills, strong experience in API integrations, and proficiency in data visualization to join our logistics and operations technology team. You will design, build, and maintain complex data pipelines across Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, and Azure environments, enabling seamless data flow and real-time insights.

This role requires advanced SQL expertise to extract, transform, and optimize large datasets, along with hands-on experience developing and managing RESTful APIs to integrate internal and external systems. You will also be responsible for creating and supporting Tableau dashboards that provide critical operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making across departments.

The Logistics Carrier Sales Representative is skilled at negotiating pricing and coordinating transportation for shipments that our sales team secure from small and large businesses around North American. Responsible to contact new carriers that meet our safety and service standards, form relationships to obtain future shipping needs.

This position integrates sales, business development, brokering freight by working with the sales team, customers, commercial vehicle operators, dispatchers using verbal/written communication and software programs to negotiate freight pricing and tracking of loads. This is a fast paced, interactive, and sales-oriented role.
