Don Friddell is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. In his career, he has successfully developed internal processes, implemented new technologies, and built a marketing empire from the ground up. Don is especially skilled at maximizing profits by creating marketing plans, teams, programs, and campaigns to achieve short and long-term objectives. Passionate about growing companies, Friddell helped take Kenco Logistics from $151M to $619M in net revenue by leveraging sales and marketing technology, digital marketing, public relations, and account-based marketing techniques. Don now serves as VP of Sales and Marketing for Brown West Logistics where he is responsible for the overall strategy to scale the company’s growth.
Don has been an active member of the Transportation Marketing and Sales Association (TMSA) previously serving as an officer on its board of directors and a chairman of the education committee. He was also the 2017 TMSA Member of the Year.
Don is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Marketing.
Don lives in Chattanooga, TN with his 2 children. When he’s not working, he spends all his free time with his family and friends.
