West Logistics has a great associate in Chris Robertson, who works as a lead at the Granite Street/GP facility. Coworkers say he is a coach and mentor to many, always has a positive can-do attitude and constantly looks for the next opportunity to progress and prepare – a great quarterback. For his hard work and ethics, Chris is well deserving of the L-Lead by Example award!
Amanda Winchester has a vision for helping West Logistics be great – constantly improving processes and procedures – she jumped in to create SOP’s and training materials and volunteered to travel to other sites and teach others – observant, dedicated to detail and efficiency, Amanda is reaching across aisles to help other sites – she had more than earned the I-Integrated Solutions award.
Willie Manbeck is a one-man show overseeing fleet maintenance in Jacksonville but he’s also known to respond timely and courteously to people’s needs, never hesitating to step outside of the expectations of his job to help others – Willie has been nominated for and receives the D-Dedicated to Safety and Integrity award!
