Responsible for supervising the daily activities within the Provisioning Center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space and equipment. Operate MHE in a consistent, safe, and reliable manner. Prompt work attendance with minimal unplanned absences. Coordinate activities of other hourly employees in a manner which ensures compliance with productivity and safety goals. Deliver satisfactory service to customers and achieve required performance goals. Ability to read and comprehend the use of handheld device, RF Scanner, to pick order tickets, process orders by locating items in the warehouse, completing orders which require paperwork and lastly staging them in the shipping area. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, must be comfortable with physical demands while working safely yet efficiently by pushing, pulling, lifting to 50lbs. Stand on your feet for 8 hours or more.

AM SHIFT: 05:00 AM - 01:30 PM (Tuesday - Thursday)
PM SHIFT: 01:00 PM - 09:30 PM (Friday - Saturday)
Responsibilities
What the role involves
Operations
Operate equipment safely and behave in compliance with company policy and Provisioning Center management expectations.
Oversee employee productivity and inventory accuracy goals with respect to unloading and receipt of inventory, put-away of inbound material, Build List assembly and overall handling of customer’s materials.
Count, weigh, and otherwise determine the actual quantity of inventory being handled.
Build lists assembly.
Provide timely and accurate communication to Provisioning Center management.
Labor Management
Oversee job assignments by employee name.
Direct Provisioning Center personnel to achieve established operational, safety and quality objectives.
Match the skill and background of the employee to the workload.
Utilize effective communication and motivational techniques.
Follow appropriate performance evaluation procedures to recommend promotions and disciplinary actions.
Ensure the operation is adequately staffed.
Ensure pallet in/out is being completed in a timely manner.
Assist with training new associates and completing OJTs.
Administrative
Completing all necessary reports and records regarding Provisioning Center operations in a timely manner.
Ensure the issuance of Corrective actions in timely manner.
Equipment/Safety
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and working condition of all equipment.
Provide safety instruction to personnel as needed.
Load, unload, stack, and otherwise move product and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other material handling equipment as needed.
Housekeeping and Security
Manage programs to ensure tools and equipment are stored in designated areas.
Store customer’s products safely and correctly to ensure accurate inventories while minimizing any risk of damage.
Maintain strict pest and rodent control.
Ensure compliance with appropriate local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of the Provisioning Center.
Assist Shift/Operations Manager – ensuring facility, employees, and customer’s product are secure.
