Brown Integrated Logistics Announces Executive Leadership Appointments

Ron Drogan Appointed Chief Executive Officer
Ron Drogan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Brown Integrated Logistics.
Ron most recently served as President of Brown Trucking Company and brings more than 25 years of transportation and logistics leadership experience to the role. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong customer relationships, and disciplined execution.
Having played a key role in the company's growth and success, Ron will lead Brown's continued evolution as a technology-enabled, highly integrated logistics organization focused on delivering exceptional service across trucking, brokerage, warehousing, and aviation.

Mike Stevens Named President of Brown Trucking Company
Following Ron's appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mike Stevens has been named President of Brown Trucking Company.
Mike previously served as Executive Vice President of Operations and will now oversee the day-to-day operations of Brown Trucking Company while also assuming leadership responsibility for Brown Fleet Services.
His focus will include driving operational excellence, improving asset utilization, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and continuing to deliver the high level of service Brown customers have come to expect.
Mike brings extensive experience across dedicated, regional, and over-the-road truckload operations. Prior to joining Brown, he held leadership positions with MTI Logistics, Lawrence Companies, and Red Classic.
Kevin Slaughter Promoted to Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations
Brown Trucking Company has promoted company veteran Kevin Slaughter to the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Kevin joined Brown in 1998 as Director of Operations when the company operated fewer than 100 trucks. Over the past 28 years, he has played an instrumental role in the company's growth while building strong relationships with customers, employees, and business partners across the organization.
In his new role, Kevin will lead Sales and Pricing, Customer Service, and Terminal Operations. He will focus on aligning commercial strategy with operational execution, improving network efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.
Kevin's promotion reflects Brown's longstanding commitment to developing leaders from within and recognizing individuals whose contributions have helped shape the company's success.
